When I need to recharge, I write.1 While writing, I often listen to music. Today, I was writing about some of the negative stuff in my myopic view and a few things permating the fearful stance of the world at large right now.
I took a few deep breaths. Looked out at the gray skies, and saw the birds on the feeder. I heard their song. Then, Unstoppable came up on my playlist.
I’ve shared this quote with you numerous times, but I’m sharing again, because it is so true—and we must remember it—always:
“When I despair, I remember that all through history the way of truth and love have always won. There have been tyrants and murderers, and for a time, they can seem invincible, but in the end, they always fall. Think of it--always.”
― Mahatma Gandhi
We are unstoppable in the path of truth and love. Be true to yourself and those around you. Love always wins. Remember it, always.
Talk about an understatement. I write a lot. I write when I need to solve a problem, experience joy, filter what’s what in my sometimes overstimulated mind, I write a lot.
