After my post about the significant losses of those I love last week, and the flurry of activity getting the book launched, I’m taking some time for myself. I’m not going away, just going a bit slower. In the past, when I was in pain, I threw myself into an unthinking activity mode. It reminds me of when I was a little kid, just riding my bike, keeping moving to avoid getting hurt.
Now, I know it’s good for me and all of us.1
